Supply Stream dashboard with revenue cards, month to date comparison, and orders, catalog, and supplier overviews. — Dashboard: revenue, order mix, and catalog health in one scan for the vendor team.

Orders list with search, status filters, and a table of company, amount, and approval status. — Orders: search and status filters over a dense table built for wholesale volume.

Customers list with search by name, status filter, and columns for credit, balance, contact, and active state. — Customers: credit, balance, and status next to the people who run each account.

West Houston location overview for National Eagle, with address, schedule, credit, and support assignments. — Location: shipping, schedule, and credit for a single customer site, not a generic account blob.

Sales order detail with customer, line items, items available to ship, shipment tracking, and order summary. — Sales order: line items, create shipment, and remaining balance in one working view.

The problem

Wholesale supplies run on volume: many customers, many locations, many orders in flight. A vendor team cannot keep that in email and spreadsheets without losing status, credit, and who owns the next shipment.

The approach

I designed a wholesale vendor dashboard for Supply Stream. One system for the people who take the order, credit the account, and get product out the door. Lists stay dense and filterable. Detail views keep the location, the line, and the shipment on the same page.
